"Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. The English breakfast was very tasty — especially considering that I am a chef working in a five-star hotel in London. The sausages and bacon were exceptionally good. I was slightly disappointed that still water was not available and only sparkling water was offered. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money and we enjoyed our stay."

"Absolute Jem stone of a place. Spacious, clean staff couldn’t do more for you if they tried. Amazing continental breakfast even pancakes and ciabatta bread with hot fillings. Perfect ice-cream all amenities in room you could need and more! "

"Stayed for one night but had a very friendly welcome. Room was clean and modern with only some outdated features. Bar is open all night and car park is clean and well maintained. It was quite warm in the room as radiators were on full blast but was very comfortable once turned down."

"I was quickly checked in and allocated my room and the reception staff even took my luggage to my room on the third floor ! Upon entering my room I was pleased to see a big comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a bath and shower ! Tea and coffee and a kettle and a led TV with plenty of channels ! Great value for money, I would highly recommend you see for yourself when visiting Bournemouth ! "

"Spotlessly clean room, excellent service from the room attendant Alison, also the handyman Alex was hugely helpful, doling out extra tea , coffee & milk on departure day. The chap on reception kindly allowed my friend to stay with me for the second night & was chatty & helpful, arranging taxis etc. Late check out was appreciated too, of course without extra fee! Yes, the hotel could use a lick of paint on the exterior, however the interior is very good, just needs a couple of scatter...
