"Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. TV had many apps and allowed streaming from your own device so entertainment wasn't an issue. Plenty of parking onsite and the laundry facilities are good. There's no onsite food options, although there's fast food a few hundred metres away. Housekeeping is hit and miss, might be okay for a short stay, but I was there for a month and frequently had to go to reception to ask for coffee refills, toilet paper, water etc. and room wasn't cleaned....

"We rented a superior apartment which was plenty for our family of 3. As it was an adjoining room on the main apartment, we had separate bedrooms (1 king and 1 with twin beds), a fully functioning kitchen and a kitchenette in the twin room. Also 2 bathrooms with showers and a washing machine and dryer. It was very clean, easy to access and so close to lots of amenities including a cinema, restaurants and shops/supermarkets. Then, I got one guy, he has used the card trying to enter my room, after he couldn't open it, he just left. 10 mins later, he came back again with the card. this times, he could open my room. "The photos in the listing were not accurate. We arrived to a dirty property with cobwebs, bugs in the pantry, used toothbrush and razors, holes in walls, mould in the shower, stains on the carpet and bed head and ripped curtains. We did not end up staying due to the condition and the person would not refund stay or the cleaning fee as she believed we had stayed in the beds but we had just checked the condition of the sheets to see if they were clean. "There was nothing Elegant about it. It was dirty , no tea, coffee or milk, TV didn't work, lounge dirty .In fact the Apartment is in an industrial/ University precinct and the unit is let most of the year to students. No views, unless you like parked cars & other units"

"There was no there there. The address I was told to go to had a woman staying there who said she'd rented the property month to month a couple months back. Tens of calls were made to the phone number given for the property (by myself and Hotels.com), but got a recording each time that it was a mobile phone that was switched off. Hotels.com offered me an unacceptable hotel at the airport 33km away!"
