"Excelente!

"I truly wanted to love this hotel, as the pictures looked beautiful and it was our last night in Colombia, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations. We received a complimentary bottle of wine with our booking, but there was no corkscrew in the room. After going downstairs to reception, we were given a broken one and had to go back again (because you can’t call from your room). The receptionist eventually came to our room, searched the kitchen himself, and still couldn’t find one....

"The property was nothing like the pictures no microwave no shampoo got charged for leaving suitcases the front desk person was rude the bed was sopose to be a sleep number but was a lumpy noisy bed the bathroomwas open to the kitchen horrible. I have been to Cartagena many times but this place by far was the worst. Keep away!"
