โรงแรมและที่พักในเขตปกครองเบกซาร์

"The best thing about this hotel is its location, just steps away from the River Walk, which makes it convenient for exploring San Antonio. The staff at the coffee shop and bar were also very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the rooms and overall condition of the hotel were disappointing. The rooms are outdated, and the bathroom especially needs renovation. The bathtub and toilet looked very old and rusty, and the carpets in the hallways were worn out and had an unpleasant smell. The noise was...

"Clean room, great size room, staff was very helpful and friendly. Love the balcony!"

"Great stay. Great staff."

"Needs some updating."

"The parking staff were absolutely excellent, very kind and very considerate both when we parked on October 5th around 330 pm and when we left the next morning around 9ish am. We did not participate in the breakfast location they had. Concerning the room, it wasn't that it was dirty, but it was as classical and worn down as the era they were trying to historically remind you of. While I understand that is supposed to be apart of the charm, I believe better amenities in the room and updated paint,...

"roaches ROACHES ROACHES"

"La habitación estaba limpia pero aparentemente porque nos causó algo de alergia. La comida caliente y buen sazón. El café de diez lo mejor del día y del desayuno. Muy apreciado que tengan café las 24 horas del día. El personal muy amable"

"No waters in rooms. Front desk help or room service takes a long time to arrive. No cleaning of rooms for more than 24 hours. We need towels. And valet to receive car wash long wait. Could have been better."

"Very nice place!"

"This place is first class from the time you step out of your vehicle. The staff is professional they hold doors for you and the facility is outstanding. They’re doing a great job keeping everything maintained and fresh. The rooms are beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are amazing. My wife and I went for our anniversary and we will definitely want to go again sometime."

"If you like historic this is great if you are expecting updated amenities to go with it this might not be the place for you. A comfortable stay and affordable. There's an Indian restaurant in the lobby and the food is amazing but the aroma of curry ruminates through the lobby."

"Ice machines not working except on the 3rd floor . A loud rattling humming noise early both days we stayed there . Front desk sent maintenance, maintenance said the loud rattle in the walls came from the washing machines on the first floor . Was awaken early both days by this ."

"Terrible experience! The hotel was dirty, the staff were unfriendly, and the breakfast buffet was disgusting, with trash everywhere. The AC unit in my room was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep. The valet overcharged me, and when I contacted the hotel, Carlos was extremely rude and unprofessional, even telling me to relax instead of addressing the issue respectfully. Overall, a horrible stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Staff was Amazing! Especially Ashley and Carlos. Close to Riverwalk and access to Riverwalk - just ask the staff before you leave for the best way to get there. Close to many great restaurants. Nice to have a pool but wish it was heated. The weather was very hot between 85-90 degrees but the pool was cold. It would be very nice if the hotel added a snack/drink bar. In addition, if it was monitored more because since pool was smaller many of the kids were either unattended or parents didn't...

"Everything is always good."
