I loved the location of the hotel. The room was spacious and the staff friendly. I would have given more stars if it weren’t for cleanliness. There were little flies coming out to the shower drain ( kept the shower door closed), the bottom of the light fixture in the restroom was missing, the window sill had dead insects.

I can't say enough about the breakfast buffet. It was absolutely awesome. Staff was friendly and nice and very accommodating. We would be very happy to stay at Hotel Gibbs again. We got there early Tuesday morning on June 2 and the night clerk and the manager were very helpful and was able to get us a room that morning. We will be going back and will stay at Gibbs hotel. Breakfast was very good coffee was excellent. Thank you for the great stay.
