"Exceptional Staff. Very attentive, friendly and make you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, a tastefully restored Manor House in the centre of Arles. Clean, generously proportioned rooms retaining the original features of the old house/stable. We stayed in a premier room. It had its own terrace overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is what really makes this hotel. A beautiful oasis in the city centre. Easy walking distance to the Roman remains. No restaurant on site but plenty to choose...

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis, la chambre était superbe, les 2 restaurants géniaux, le personnel charmant et discret, le domaine très joli....le vrai luxe. Nous saluons l'accueil parfait des enfants : du menu enfants d'une qualité exceptionnelle, les créneau spa dédié, le petit poulailler et les poneys, l'accès au potager pour une petite visite.. Nous reviendrons. "

"I was ready to leave a bad review. Prior to check in I kept receiving emails telling me parking is limited and if I needed it to make sure I reserved a spot. Each time I'd email the company asking to reserve a spot. Instead of confirming the company would wait several weeks then send the same message again. I spent $30 on cell phone add ons trying to contact someone while traveling. I was told to call back, I'd call and they'd make me call back again. A simple, that's an automatic reply would...

"The property is paradise. I especially liked the way it was lit up at night. I like to walk at night. The pool was an absolute lifesaver. It was very hot while we were there. The staff went above and beyond consistently."
