"The staff were friendly. However, that does not outweigh the negative. Our bathroom shower head and shower had real bad mildew. I had to clean the bathroom myself. "Recently stayed here over the weekend. Our original room wasnt ready so they decided to get us a different room. Cool... until we walked in and there was over 25 poop foot prints from the bed to the bathroom. Staff gave very little care and then downgraded our room. New room smelled like the Harbour, cold shower, dirty towels and a non-working fridge. Will never stay here again!"

"The room was sufficient, it met our needs for the one night. Room was cleaned, but the outside steps to the rooms were not cleaned."

"First there is no parking they have valet parking but it costs me 120 dollars for two nights. Second my room was not ready they told me to wait 15 minutes. At 4:00 pm. "This lovely boutique hotel in Baltimore was an absolutely delight to stay at! Staff were so nice, lovely perfume spray when you walk; the decor was so adorable; the bed and room were wonderful and onsite amenities, coffee bar and rooftop bar and restaurant were superb! I wish it had been a little closer to inner harbor but all in all five stars!!"

"The price was affordable, and the room was relatively clean. However, we found bugs in the room. The bathroom faucet was also loose, and the key card did not work properly, which was inconvenient. I understand that experiences can vary from person to person, but for my family, the room did not feel comfortable or truly clean. I would not recommend this hotel to families traveling with children."
