The staff at check-in were friendly and was able to answer my questions. The room was great and we loved the kitchen especially the regular size refrigerator. My only complaint was the $150 plus parking fee each day which could be a deterrent for me returning.

The staff was very friendly, both front desk and servers in the restaurant and the room was clean, however the shower gel bottle was empty. The breakfast was mediocre, mostly empty dishes and bowls and no replenishment. The valet was super quick to bring the car and loaded my luggage. I would stay here again

Parking is pretty ridiculous, $50/ night valet or find your own way off site with a parking garage. As far as the check in, check out and room itself, it is a great place to stay. Staff was very polite and helpful, the lobby is very nice and the breakfast is great. The food and view from the roof top restaurant was incredible.

Conveniently located on the Johns Hopkins Hospital campus, the facility has spacious suites. The facility needs some updating, but is very clean and presentable. Valet parking is well run, but the cost is somewhat steep ($50/night). Staff is very helpfuland pleasant.

I stayed with a friend for an overnight after a procedure at John’s Hopkins Hospital. The staff was wonderfully understanding with my constant requests for an early check in, which they were able to provide. The valet service was needed in the downtown area, I didn’t feel safe walking from any public parking area alone and was thankful for the valet option. The restaurant on site allowed us to order food to the room and it was delicious! The hotel had all the amenities and service we could ask for during our stay. Thank you!
