"This Parador is in a lovely location and is a wonderful historic building. Views from our room and from the terrace were beautiful. However, the place is rather let down by very indifferent staff. The lady on reception when we arrived was fine, but when we checked out, the guy on reception didn’t ask us if we’d had a nice stay, or even say goodbye! "Parking was easy, secured. No internet available or offered. Office gave us a remote and the air conditioning control that we needed to return. To get daily room cleaning we needed to leave the keys with the front office every day so we didn’t get roo.m cleaning. About 30 minutes outside city but easy to find.bed was hard."
