"The location is perfect -in the heart of old town. The hotel was very clean and the staff is the best in Vietnam. All of them. Most of our contact was with Max who would stop at nothing to help us and always with a smile. He took such good care of us, he had a driver meet us at the airport with a private car to take us to the hotel, he also booked us tours to Ha Long bay & Sapa that were fantastic..! The daily breakfast included daily was very delicious too.... I truly believe that the Royal Palace Hotel and their amazing staff helped to make our trip the best! I wish I could take the staff of the Royal Palace home with me and employ them all!! Thank you! "
