"Room was satisfactory, parking was good. Shower was not powerful but did leak onto the bathroom floor easily meaning it was very wet. Smart TV in the room but I was told by a member of staff these were unable to be connected to the internet so I was unable to use any of the smart features which was disappointing."

"Our first visit to Carcassonne was lovely, stayed at the Tribe hotel with views of the medieval castle from our balcony room 316. Reception staff very helpful, a good little bar serving soft drinks & alcohol. Room was spacious & comfortable, nice shower room/sink with a separate toilet. Good sized TV & air conditioning keeping us cool when it was 37c outside. Definitely stay again."

"We arrived late and night and the man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The place is clean, the rooms were big, they had AC and the bar was open late. We had a great night rest. The hotel is next door to an Aldi market which is also very convenient. Definitely recommend 👌."

The AC works but stinks up the room, there is not one item in the hotel or room that should not have been replaced years ago. "The hotel is well located a few steps from the Carcasonne fortress. We appreciate the air conditioning, comfortable bed and view of the fortress. The bathroom is snug but functional. Breakfast has a good variety of options. The eating area is tight and of course has a lot of people moving around getting drinks and food so I recommend sitting against the back wall so you don’t have a lot of traffic while enjoying your morning coffee. "Ive never left a bad review but after not sleeping and finding bugs in our bed I had to. We had a dead bug in the bed upon check in, no buggy I moved it out. Main issue, their staff Nathalie placed us in a suite right under a refrigerator truck for their restaurant and their staff kept on talking and making lots of noise till midnight. I had book a suite and was shocked of all the noise. I finally fell asleep at midnight trying to tolerate the the situation but then at 5am massive trucks and...
