"The hotel is lovely and in a great location. It is situated within easy walking distance of the old town. The hotel underground car park, although a little on the expensive side is a big bonus. "Tidy Hotel very near Train Station but a few small problems. The Basin wouldn't empty as Plug was Jammed and was like that when got in the Room. Washed hands and used Shower area instead of Basin. TV Remote didn't work so manually did channels from behind the TV. Kettle in room with Tea and Coffee but No Milk which was strange. Air Con good as very warm whilst in Rennes."

"I stayed here because they accept pets. I thought they also had parking and air conditioning. They don’t have parking. Which would have cost me another approx 80 Euro for 2 nights. The draw to where I ended up leaving and going to another hotel was when I opened the bathroom door. It smelled of poop and mildew. I realized then it was time to go. They also won’t let you take the key when you leave. I get that it is quirky and in the French city center, but the bathroom smell was really it."

L’appartement était vraiment au top : bien aménagé, très propre, avec une cuisine parfaitement équipée et une agréable odeur de propre dès notre arrivée. "Great location. Great parking. Nice looking property. The lady at check in was excellent. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. The aircon in the bedroom was awful. The aircon in the communal areas was awful. The dinner wasn't great. Breakfast wasn't great."

"Un peu étonnée de l'état général de l'appartement. La taille parfaite ainsi que les équipements. Mais une prise ne fonctionnait pas ,celle juste à côté du lit . Peu pratique pour le soir car pas de lumière d'appoint (coin canapé pliant) . L'accès aux appartements plus qu'etroit et presque dangereux avec des valises . Mais l'emplacement au coeur du centre ville de Rennes , parfait !"

"Nous avons passé un séjour d’une nuit en famille qui s’est très bien déroulé dans l’ensemble. Un grand merci à la dame de la réception, qui a été très accueillante, sympathique et arrangeante. Bien que j’aie oublié de réserver un lit bébé et un siège enfant à l’avance, elle a pu nous en fournir, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
