"They went the 'extra mile': The concierge didn't bat an eyelid when I asked them to repair a tear in my suitcase. Later that evening I got a call to say it had been repaired, and they brought it straight to my room. 5 star service at the concierge desk."

"Excellent hotel. We had the most lovely stay and hospitality. Our flight was cancelled and we checked back into this hotel again for one night at 12.30am. We had our original rooms and they accommodated us for late checkout the next day too. Really appreciated this after a very long night. Thank you."

"The pictures was different than the reality . Room is big and have a good view but the bathroom needs more work to be cleaned. Food was good but the Restaurant was not clean."

"Room was excellent, we got upgraded to a villa , beautiful spacious setting , very clean , comfortable bed , very clean bathroom. Staff r very nice , cheerful & helpful. Food is very good , we tried turquoise restaurant in most nights , plenty of varieties and good quality foods. Salt restaurant was extremely good. I will definitely go again"

"My stay at this resort was an absolute disaster. Check-in was delayed from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and the receptionist (Zoheir or Zobeir) offered zero hospitality—no smile, no welcome, and zero information about resort rules or dining schedules. The luggage attendant didn't even guide me to my room; he just told me to go ahead alone, and my bags arrived 20 minutes later. I explicitly requested a King-size bed, but they assigned me a twin room at the extreme, isolated edge of the property—literally...

"Food was not bad, we took care but got bad stomach .... stayed 2 in room just drinking bottled warher."

"The resort was beautiful staff was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant staff were top notch and very accommodating. The rooms pool area beach and overall vibe of hotel was amazing."

"Struttura bellissima !

"Receptionist was great very helpful food was good pool great"

"I think shuttle bus should be available after 6:00 PM up to 7:00 PM to help people returning from beach and aqua park as it is closed at 6:00 PM"
