"El departamento muy limpio y con lo necesario para nuestro viaje, buen parking pero muy lentos los elevadores para dar servicio a tantos departamentos. Tiene cerca supermercados y opciones de compra y un spa que desafortunadamente no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutar "

"It was good i just rather have the information for check in sooner and traveling intetnatioanlly sending sms not a good idea. Shud be sent email as well because I had a different phone number for trip than what I booked with. The customer service person was very helpful though. The email sent before should have more clearly called put the link for check in process too though. "

"The Doorcode scaner at the Main entrance didn't worked any more. That started on Wednesday. So we really had struggle to enter. Except that the environment and rooms where very clean and comfortable."

"La recepcionista super simpática y muy colaborativa. Mi apartamento con cocina sin muchos lujos pero bien completo. Sitio muy tranquilo y cómodo. Con un Mercadona a 1 minuto en coche. Calidad precio de 10."

"Mooie ruime appartementen voor 2 personen, van alle gemakken voorzien met wat je nodig hebt voor 1 nachtje. Heel jammer was wel dat het zwembad dicht was. Dacht bij aankomst nog even te kunnen zwemmen, maar helaas. Er stonden ook geen stoelen meer bij. Op de site stond namelijk wel dat in oktober het zwembad nog open was....het was ook prachtig weer."

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."
