This hotel is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The staff here are so incredibly nice and helpful, and from the welcoming drinks to the free massage, throughout the stay they did everything possible to make our time there pleasant. They would ask us our plans to make sure they booked in tuk tuks and arranged everything around our schedule. Fabulous stay as always , it’s our 7 th time at the Chatrium. Beautiful room - 1 bedroomed suite with fantastic river views. Breakfast is first class. Service brilliant. Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

Generous sized rooms, excellent staff are very helpful, expansive breakfast buffet, great variety of restaurants. DMZ Storyteller tour provided by the hotel was excellent, private car with tour guide Sam who was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and passionately proud of the heritage of South Korea; I cannot recommend this enough. It was superb!

Beautiful location if you need the airport for a late or early flight. Some interesting walks, but not a lot else to do. All the amenities (apart from sauna and fitness suite) cost money, and all food is comparatively expensive for South Korea (but there is a convenience store on site). Views on the sea side are to die for!

Near terminals and with frequent free bus transfer was best feature. Staff very helpful. Bar was good and Breakfast good.

Overall an excellent stay. A problem with the original room at check in was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. The breakfasts were plentiful, with a vast choice and a highlight. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent too. The hotel location was ideal, walkable to the Marina bay sands area, Raffles hotel and several shopping centre.

Amazing swimming pool (free) and had a great dinner in the hotel restaurant (roasted duck needs to be reserved 3 days in advance)
