Some of the most kind/sweet/gracious/helpful staff I have ever encountered in many years of international travel. Super bargain for upscale - but not pretentious - property, pool, gym, eating and drinking options and tour arrangements. Amazing hotel amazing staff

All the staff were friendly and could have been any more helpful. The hotel itself is very grand and impressive with excellent pool, food and rooms. Phin was the hotel Contact who looked after us and helped book some activities too. Great stay!

The staffs were very friendly. We booked a tour to see sunrise and had to leave at 4:30am, I mentioned to the front desk and they prepared a big bucket of breakfast for us to take to the bus. Hotel is clean and quiet.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the grounds were beautiful. The ox club restaurant was great, as well as the breakfast buffet. Things I disliked were the room service food, it was poor quality. Also, the pool closes very early, at 7pm.
