"Nice place, strict check-in/check-out policies lead to long lobby lines but staff was attentive, enormous gallery downstairs, but access to everything from Lawson’s to a nice Teppanyaki restaurant, hard to get a room on the higher floors to see the tokyo tower, but hotel is right next door basically so easy to walk over and see it. Decent train access. Hotel rooms are dated, 70’s80’s vibe so kinda retro feel but everything works including the touchtone phone in the bathroom :)"

"Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, right next to the Sunshine City mall. Staff were very helpful in amending my booking to add another guest and in helping me book a taxi when leaving. "Great location as it’s only a few mins walk from Shinagawa station. There is a 7-eleven in the building too and on site bowling and darts. For the price we paid I would’ve expected sleepwear, but it’s understandable as they host so many people. Expect the hotel to be busy with lots of people. Rooms and washrooms are big which is nice to have. The Main Tower rooms look older though. Overall, great location and very convenient."
