"One week prior my big trip I was conducted by HYATT informing that they are going out of business on the 1st of September and the hotel is bought by a different one. I spent maybe 6 hours to find another hotel for the other half of my trip only on the 31st of August to be told from the new hotel owner that I can stay. I was unease all the time not knowing what’s going to happen. "

"I liked my stay in city centre hotel. It is located in the very center of the city. They served very tasty breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Price was very good for 2 or 3 days stay. "

"Very friendly staff.
I made a mistake with the safe and the receptionist saved me! Can’t thank her enough as I had a flight in few hours and it was 2 am!!!
There was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it quite smelly and the bath tub was too high. I am a tall woman 178 cm and I found id with a bit of challenge to get in and out of the bath tub. Would definitely ask for shower instead.
There was mould in the bathroom and the bath shield wasn’t clean.
I gave full star as it was really cheap...

"The junior suite was beautiful but once we stepped on to the balcony hoping to see city view as described in the website photo and info, there was this huge under construction building next to it. This info should be updated on the web"

"Elevator to reception and other floors.
Good security. Key card access to in-room lockers.
Bathrooms are a bit cramped but kept clean. Spray nozzle next to toilet.
Kind and friendly staff.
Excellent breakfast.
Good vibe and opportunities to meet fellows travelers.
Close to Republic Square. (Same building as Tropicana Hotel)
Convenience grocery stores nearby."

"There was NO HEAT in the room, we spent the first night freezing cold. -11 C outside! And all the stuff had done - gave us a tiny portable heater! Unacceptably. Unbelievable. So we left and now I’m fighting to get my money back. "

"I had a fantastic stay at the Republica Hotel in Yerevan. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and everything felt fresh and organized.
What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly taken care of.
The location is also great, making it easy...
