"Where should I start this horrid revelation of a review at? The loss of power, wifi, water and no food. Traveling as a solo female and have travelled many times solo prior. This place is comparable to the Shawshank Redemption of motels. This IS NOT A RESORT. This place is owned by the government and they do not maintain this hell hole. "Beachfront room 308. Lovely modern room, very clean and comfortable bed. Lovely large modern bathroom with great shower. The only complaint with the room is soundproofing…. You can hear the neighbors very very clearly… We had an early wake up call from their young child before 7am most mornings. So ear plugs are a must.
This room was Atlantic side so there was a seaweed problem on the beach, however there were teams of people working tirelessly to clear it away. Didn’t detract too much...

"We love this resort, from its location, beautiful and quiet beach, to it cleanliness, and special the staff friendliness. "This hotel was amazing. Nestled on a hill between two beaches, the setting and views are stunning. We decided to spend all of our time here as we needed to recharge and it was pure paradise. We spend the early day at Jolly Harbour beach and watched the sunset every day at Valley Church beach. The food was amazing. The staff were lovely. They were quick to respond with anything we needed. George was super friendly and helped us on several occasions. Highly recommend this little Paradise. "

"Truly on the beach. Deckchairs and fresh beach towels any time. Salt plage restaurant does excellent breakfast and dinner and drinks on the beach. Friendly staff. Rooms are functional, comfortable and clean. We had a kitchenette and living room which we worked well for us."
