"The rooms were nice. They seemed clean and well-maintained. My only complaint with the room was the mold on the bathroom ceiling that has obviously been painted over numerous times. There is no fan in the bathrooms, which would have been helpful as it got quite hot in there with the shower on (and would probably help with the mold issue). "Very clean and eclectically decorated. Loved the woodwork and retro stylings. It was a very unique style that was great compared to cookie-cutter modern chains. A great place with easy access to Inner Harbor and Federal Hill. Super close to both stadiums. "

I know the parking is 3rd party but I had to call the front desk to assist me and the valet was in the lobby and still did not come outside. "Front desk staff was great - very friendly and helpful. I was a little frustrated by the free shuttle; I was coming in on the train and called about 5 minutes before I got to the train station to request the shuttle. I was told I had to call back when I got off the train. So I did and then had to wait 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to come get me. It would have been great if the shuttle had been dispatched when I called. Also would have been great if the driver hadn't been texting/on his phone...

"Our shower was hot, only the first time we showered. The next two, were borderline cool/cold which was TERRIBLE FOR US. Granted, everything else was fine but the cold showers really ruined it for us"

"The room was clean. The couches in the living room area had stains and rips. That was my only issue but not enough to damper the stay. Overall the stay was great and the staff was very accommodating."
