"My first room the toilet wasn’t working. Got moved to a 2nd room and the shower had a terrible leak, and no more rooms were available because the hotel was booked solid. I had to listen to the shower dripping all night for 3 nights. However the staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"Room was cleaned, but corridors could have been better cleaned. Rooms were smelling bad, so could have been better cleaned and refreshed. Breakfast was good, little more options can be added. Amenities are very old, so need upgrades. There is no security, anyone can enter the property except you have the key to enter the room, so property owner should think of having the keyed entry to the property. Parking spots are enough around the hotel, so you can easily get a spot to park. Overall it was a good stay."

"No housekeeping for 5 days, in spite of daily requests and assurances that the room would receive attention. Came to the room to take away the towels, but didn’t replenish the same number, so every night we had to call to request towels. One day just left the clean towels in a sack in the bathroom; another day when we requested to have the beds made they just dumped a pile of clean sheets on the coffee table. Terrible service."

"I didn't realize the property wasn't near restaurants. The floors needed sweeping. The only thing I truly didn't like was that I requested a placard to hang on my door, because I don't like anyone coming into my room during my stay. So I always request 2 beds. I was rolling cleaning only happens on request and I didn't need a placard. I come back and my room is cleaned!!!!! So I go to the desk immediately and complain and stressed that I didn't want anyone coming back into my room. They apologized and said they will pass the word on. Next day on my way out, I see the cleaning lady and I say please do not clean my room. I come back and low and behold my room is cleaned!!!!! Now I'm pissed, because I disinfect to my liking and I don't want anyone in my room!!! Then I look and see a placard hanging on one of the doors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

The ice machine in the freezer was broke, there was holes in the living room sofa, the people on top of us was banging all night like they was hammering something. When we arrived there was dirty towels and wash clothes in the bathroom and the breakfast was horrible. The gentlemen at the front was very helpful and it’s in a great location. I would use this spot again in the future maybe"
