"Room was clean and looked recently updated, however room towels are only changed every 4 days . Thank goodness there was a washing machine in room. Pool area in need of an upgrade and some deep cleaning. We stayed for 9 nights and the pool area was not cleaned down once. "I would not recommend staying at this property. In my experience, it does not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel. We were initially assigned a room with a strong mold/sewage odor and extreme dampness. The walls and ceiling felt soft to the touch, and the air conditioner was leaking enough water to create a puddle on the floor.
