"Although the price is $110 per night, there was a note on one elevator that it is not working and has been like that for 2 weeks already and we were surprised when the only other available elevator stopped working with someone stuck inside. Furthermore, we were notified that the wi-fi was down and not working, and to make matters even worse, the inside door handle of the washroom in our room was broken and my daughter was stuck in the bathroom. We tried overlooking all of these issues in good faith only to be shocked at checkout of a $30 extra charge for “extra guest” because our two young children were with us in the room. Ridiculous!"

"Simply one of the best properties in Banff. With the awesome hot tub, ski shuttle (you’re 2nd on, which is important) and the Keg on site, you can’t go wrong. Shoutout to Tyler and the nice English bartender at the Keg for their great service. 5 stars. "

"Only stayed one night as we added an extra night to our trip due to snow . Staff were great , the hot pool was very nice and relaxing. The room was very clean and nice and it was good that you get a bus pass so made getting around Banff easy ! Will deff come again "
