We had a great stay over the May long weekend. The fitness centre, pool and hot tub were great and we really loved the water stations located on each floor, as we carry our reusable water bottles everywhere we go. We’d definitely stay here in the future!

Stayed at the Hotel 11 for an overnight before meeting a friend at the airport for her later flight. Clean, well-maintained hotel and convenient for what I needed it for. Shuttle timing worked out well, just note that the shuttle leaves on the hour for return trips to the airport, so it's not on-demand. Not much in the way of restaurant options nearby, so I ate at the hotel's Fairport, and it was good. Friendly staff.

This is my second stay here, and the same issue happened during my first stay as well. I’m satisfied with the hotel’s cleanliness and other aspects, but the sink does not drain properly. It was the same during my first stay, and it’s still happening this time. I would appreciate it if a little more attention could be given to checking these details more carefully.

Breakfast was a little light regarding quality. The menu didn't offer much diversity. The eggs I got were luke warm and a small portion for the cost. Room was clean and well presented. An inspection revealed no issues or big concerns. Front staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They were well knowledged and had information on everything.

The room was very clean and came with a lot of useful supplies. Staff cleaned the room every morning. Front receptionists were very nice and helpful. The shuttle service was also really swift. The hotel was very environmentally conscious and seems to support Indigenous businesses too (the shampoo and lotion were real nice), so that was a plus. Unfortunately, the pillow was a little hard and tall, so they gave neck cramps on the first day.
