The staff was great, the person at reception was amazing, remembered who we were and that’s impressive considering how many people he sees every day. The location was excellent, both for leaving by car or walking around in the town.

The location was great. Breakfast was very good. It seemed to be clean. But the hallway floor was not solid and felt ready to collapse. Sound proofing seemed to be absent. We heard other people e.g. people walking above us and children laughing and talking. The bathroom fixtures were old. There was not enough parking. It was very much overpriced at $600.

Clean room, comfy mattress, AC worked well, nice bathroom and shower, staff were professional and friendly, restaurant served good breakfast, hotel is located in a fantastic location in order to access the heart of Jasper town centre. Parking spaces are limited in the hotel's own car parks however on street parking is free from 9pm to 9am. Would definitely stay here again.
