"Although the facilities are acceptable, my overall experience was mixed. While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Had to wait a long time for the shower water to get hot, but it did get there. Service people were helpful, efficient and friendly. Will do anything to make your stay remarkable."
