"Excellent and helpful staff. Amazing facilities"

"Prijs kwaliteit goed hotel. Personeel heel behulpzaam. Wel heel afgelegen. En jammer van de luidruchtige medegasten. Die hadden 0 respect voor de mensen die ‘s nachts wel willen slapen. De dunne muren helpen ook niet"

"I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back same time next year. Many thanks for a memorable holiday everyone Hassan "

"Wake Service did not work."

"Stayed here for the 2nd time. I was actually staying somehwere else but it wasnt for me so i decided to check out after the 1st night and booked Steigenberger for the remainder of my stay and it didnt disappoint. Good spacious room, feels luxurious, nice pool good temperature. My partner used the Spa and she loved the experience. Room cleaned everyday no issues i will stay here again without any hesitation."

"Very nice staff and customer service"

"Extremely Disappointing Stay – Certainly Not 5-Star Standard Our stay at the Hilton started positively. The location was great, and the welcome we received at reception was very pleasant. On the first day, the staff were also accommodating when it came to catering for allergies, which initially gave us a good impression. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill, and our experience became increasingly disappointing. The hotel is extremely overcrowded, with clearly not enough staff to cope...

"It was a fine place to sleep. A good value for the money."
