"During our stay, we were very disappointed with the housekeeping service. Our room was not serviced, the trash was not removed from the room or bathrooms, and we were not provided with fresh towels. I’m not sure whether we were expected to specifically request clean towels, but there were no fresh towels provided during our stay, and the room was not cleaned. We also noticed that some of the bathroom fixtures were loose and appeared to be coming apart, which was concerning and made the bathroom...

"The hotel was in great shape and the staff was very friendly, but there were e unsupervised young men that ran all the hotel unattended. When I spoke to the front desk I was told they stay there all the time and they were always running around everywhere by themselves. The pool, the breakfast area, rummaging through the food, touching all the food, and then leaving a mess. They swam unattended, road the bikes unsupervised, and just generally took over any area where they were. They were loud...
