"Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite....

"We stayed here on a one night stopover when travelling to the alps from Antibes. Wow..! - super stylish and beautifully furnished with really helpful and friendly staff. Retro room but immaculate and comfortable. The restaurant was absolutely superb. We did a month long road trip in France this summer, and the dinner experience was easily our favourite of the trip. We were even invited into the kitchen to meet the fantastic staff..! Simply fantastic. Highly recommended."

"Le personnel était avenant et trés gentil. L'hôtel permet de sortir le soir et être autonome pour revenir. La chambre était propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était trés bien servi. "

"Problème de clé magnétique qui ne fonctionne pas après deux allers retour à la réception un agent nous accompagne une 3e fois à la porte pour constater que la serrure ne fonctionne pas !! On décide de nous uograder et de nous changer de chambre. Plutôt appréciable. Dans la nouvelle chambre : la climatisation soufflé frais voir froid malgré le thermostat mis à fond. Le chauffage de la salle d'eau ne fonctionne pas non plus !!! "

"Arrived early 1pm room was however available . If we wanted to use it early we needed to pay 15 euros which we did as it had snowed and was cold . Check in is not until 5pm and you have to check out by 10 am , not even 24 hours ! Room was cold 17 degrees radiator did not work air conditioning unit inadequate for size of room . No tea / coffee facilities in room . Breakfast not included . We were moved to another room which was much warmer . However tap in bath was loose and shower leaked all...

"We hadden de kamer geboekt voor een nacht, want we waren op doorreis. Deze kamer was schoon en vrij groot. Fijn dat er ook parkeerplaatsen waren. Zeer tevreden!"

"The Okko Club lounge is the feature that brings us to stay each visit. It's a large lounge with soft drinks, fruit and snacks always available. The Okko is in a great location, next to the Caserne de Bonne shopping centre and walkable to tram stops, old town and station. The rooms are modern but small; the Lounge compensates for the room size."
