L'hotel si trova in una posizione eccellente, proprio sul mare e vicino a due spiagge libere. Gentili I proprietari. Buona la colazione e ambienti molto puliti. Rilassante.

Attention pas de parking à proximité il faut aller jusqu'à la gare, difficile d'accès en voiture, chambre rudimentaire veillissente, petite déjeuner de base.

Nice clean hotel walking distance to train station

My husband and I enjoyed the peaceful time over here. Not the overwhelming lines for food and train. Cinque Terre just a train ride away. So nice!

Albergo molto accogliente. Posizione spettacolare anche per la vicinanza del mare. Personale molto cordiale. Abbiamo soggiornato in mezza pensione: colazione a buffet abbondante, a cena sempre ottimo cibo con varie scelte tra carne e pesce. La stanza comoda con servizi igienici e doccia ottimi. Sicuramente il rapporto qualità/prezzo e molto conveniente. Grazie mille per l' ospitabilità

Disappointed guests..

Our visit did not go well at all and would probably rank as the worst hotel experience I've had. The parking was not close to the hotel and we had to move the car immediately when we checked out (7am) what the owner did not mention when we checked in. The staff didn't speak any English either so they didn't help us with finding a new parking space. The room was in the basement with no view. The worst part was that we had booked breakfast (all of their rooms included breakfast according to hotels.com) but they wouldn't give it to us even when we showed their page on hotels.com and our booking confirmation that showed the booked breakfast. The owner also got very annoyed and only showed us his own papers. The only reason I would stay here is the location close to the beach. Train-wise it's not the best location, I would rather stay closer to Portofino or Cinque Terre.

Bom custo x beneficio

Estadia boa. O quarto nos surpreendeu, bem amplo e funcional. O café da manhã embora com muitos itens é apenas razoável. Deiva Marina é uma boabase para visitar os Cinque Terre. Este hotel tem um bom custo x benefício para esta finalidade.O hotel é em frente à praia.

Petit hôtel familial en front de mer

Séjour de 2 nuits en septembre 2015 Hôtel familial situé en front de mer avec accès direct à la plage Bonne situation pour visiter la région des 5 terres , gare située à 5/8 minutes à pied. Les chambres sont propres , équipement sommaire, pas de deco particulière. Elles mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Suggestion pour les patrons : installer du double vitrage pour les chambres côté mer. Le bruit des vagues s'est mieux que les bruits de circulation mais ça serait un plus pour l'isolation phonique et thermique. Petit déjeuner buffet assez varié. Un peu de charcuterie et portion de fromage. Pain, croissant, confiture, cake, biscuit, fruits, et salade de fruits frais . Possibilité de manger le soir . Cuisine ordinaire mais portion très correcte. Globalement bonne impression.

Fantastico hotel in riva al mare

hotel a 1 stella con i servizi di un 4 stelle. camera pulita e spaziosa. Frigobar, tv color con programmi Sky. Condizionatore. Bagno pulito e spazioso. Colazione super. Noi avevamo servizio di mezza pensione. Cene fantastiche. Personale gentile ma non invadente. Spiaggia convenzionata sotto l'hotel. 4 giorni fantastici di assoluto relax.

Good value for short stay

Good value for short stay. The weather was extremely hot 36 degrees so it was disappointing that a balcony room was not available. We stayed in the downstairs rooms which were very clean and looked newly refurbished but the windows were tiny so had limited light and could not sit outside anywhere unless we had a drink in the bar area. The breakfast was superb with a huge choice and well organised. Staff were friendly. Parking was at the train station approx 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Close to the beach, dated facility with no a/c

This hotel is old, the location near the beach and Cinque Terre is a plus but staying in Deiva Marina is not really worth it. This place is good for a budget but will not be a room you look forward to going back to after a long day

Simple room but clean towels daily and clean sheets every two days. 5 star view from balcony separated from beach by promenade . So really quiet. Easy access to Cinque Terre with train station 5 mins walk. Good breakfast and fridge in room. Owner friendly and welcoming. Would go back

Affordable beach getaway.

The room was a bit small, but the price and location could not be beat. Right on the boardwalk, a ridiculously short walk to the beach. Breakfast included fresh fruits as well as usual pastries. Nice people, very clean rooms, but nothing amazing. Pay more and walk a while to the beach, or stay here and be super close, coming back to room and fridge whenever you want to refresh. Supermarket right around corner, short walk to train station so car is not necessary, and lots of good restaurants in walking distance.
