"The location and view from our balcony was amazing. The staff was top notch. They were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. (eggs, made to order burrito and omelettes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. The food in their lunch/dinner cafe was good. The adult beverages were inconsistent depending on the staff who made them. Overall- it was a great experience and we enjoyed South Padre. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back to La Copa. "

"Staff informed me that in smoking rooms they did not have a microwave or refrigerator Ever! Which I know is complete crap. After I stayed in my room for a night with the TV going in and out as wel, the next morning I asked to be switched to a room with a refrigerator and microwave they guy who worked in the afternoon yelled at my husband and said no way I am not moving you there is nothing more I can do at all. "

"It was really good, actually enjoyed my stay. The only thing is that expedia advertise breakfast and they didnt offer breakfast. Other than that, it was very clean and calm"

"The room has some smell we had to buy something to remove the smell and no one answer the phone on night for support or help. Apart of that. The room is nice and it has breakfast. It was ready al 6:00 am. ☺️"
