"£15 charge to park your car outside the hotel overnight. Explanation that they don't own the car park is inadequate, it should have been disclosed before booking. Room not clean. Long hair attached to bathtowel on arrival, pubic hair in bath, mould on bath and dusty side table beside the bed. The room cost approximately £100 for the night with breakfast extra. Would not use again."
