"While checking in was busy but everyone waiting was offered a complimentary drink while waiting, all staff was friendly and pelite. The standard room for 2 was really nice- clean, showers and toilets was clean but a bit on the smaller side but still managed to enjoy the rainfall shower. All in all was a great experience and would come back again when staying in Amsterdam."

The concierge team communicates, offering insight, very helpful getting tickets prior to our arrival along with reservations allowing for a seamless stay. The check-in staff offers a warm welcome. The entire staff engages in customer care. The Rosewood location is fabulous! We enjoyed every single minute! "
