"Friendly staff."

"On our arival we were greeted by wonderful staff. Really helpful nice and kind we booked in fast and easy and showed to our rooms. The rooms were great clean and comfortable. One of our rooms had an amazing view of the park which i sometimes dont find in amsterdam which is never really an issue anyway as you are out most of the day anyway just a place to stay and as long as the room is clean thats all that matters so this was definitely a bonus. The room itself was lovely clean well kept and the tea and coffee in the room was lovely and if you needed more or wantwd more or extra towels you were able to get these . In the reception area is a lovely comfortable seating area that people were sitting in having drinks and playing games and just chatting in which was nice. The hotel is situated really close to the museums and a great eating area with great bars restaurants and cefe. Plenty of shops around if you needed to pick up anything you need like toiletries or snacks or drinks and is close to a tram stop to get you anywhere around the city. Overall it was a great hotels and would definitely recommend "

"The staff were very friendly with plenty of information, pro tips and helpfulness. It’s the quality and cleanliness of the hotel itself. 1. There was black mold around both of our windows that extended along the wall. Mentioned it to the manager and we got a “sorry that sucks” I would have thought there would be an offer to move me to a different room or have it cleaned. That’s didn’t happen. 2. Mold continued in the shower in the grout of the tile. 3.Bedside lamp didn’t work. 4. "

"I would never stay here again. €250 + for a place where u come in exhausted wanting to go to your room. They have to email you and then you can pay the city tax. What if an older person booked and came and didn’t have an email? So inefficient. Room is tiny. Bed is horrible. Got bit overnight. Have huge bite marks on left thigh. No air con. Tiny desktop fan. I would never ever pay that much money for a place like this. I don’t even think I would stay here for €50. Staff was nice. Owner really needs to make huge changes. Very very very disappointed. "

"Hotel is in excellent location. It is near the Rijksmuseum, shopping, tramps, and many eateries nearby. Staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. On site restaurant MoMo is very good. Breakfast also good and cooked to order. Highly recommend to ones who visits Amsterdam."

"The breakfast buffet was very limited. No air conditioning. Worst of all was a bar across the street with loud drinkers until the late hours of the night. Will never stay there again."
