"It was nice. Needs more general cleaning in the common areas. They had no toilet paper in the main restroom close to the check-in; blood on the floor. Entry doors were super dirty and could have been cleaned more often. AC was in need of maintenance. Beds were very good. Overall 3 stars."

"I stayed at this hotel while on vacation with my child, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. During our stay, my child was bitten repeatedly by mosquitoes, causing significant swelling and discomfort. I reported the issue to the hotel staff, but my complaint was ignored, and no action was taken to address the problem or assist us. This lack of concern for guest safety and customer service was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Staff was helpful and understanding when we brought to their attention that our room smelt musty and there was a large leak of water from the ceiling, they promptly ensured we received a new room despite being booked full during a very busy summer stampede weekend. Rooms clean, however each bed only came with 2 very flat pillows. Only 1 mirror in each room. Some plug in sockets did not work. Minimal towels and such supplied for each room as well. "Room was dirty. Bed was made but sheets were used and not washed. Toilet seat had feces on it. Replacement room was similar, blood, lipstick, snot on 5 of 6 pillow cases, chunks of something dried in the sink. Staff were mortified at housecleaning. Provided refund to Expedia the night of checkin. I had to fight to get refund from Expedia"

"Room was clean and spacious. We were unable to use our tv for current news and events for 3 days.. only roku available. Desk staff promised to correct but failed to follow through ( so missed FIFA). Breakfast seemed to be free for some but we paid $16.00 each - buffet was extensive but food was cold - very disappointed."

"The check in took 11 hours. Staff was terrible to deal with. They couldn’t find my reservation. Left a disabled friend and my 82 year old father at 10:00 at night unable to check in due to confusion at their end. My daughters first tried to check in rooms at 4 pm. Everything was paid for days in advance. Terrible service!!! I wasted hours on the phone with managers!! Many guest complaining. Awful place Waste of my Money to sleep Until 6 am checkout.
