"It’s a nice looking hotel. However, extremely long line and wait time for check-in. There was only one line and it went from one end of the hotel all the way to the front entrance. Terrible customer service and staff didn’t accommodate for stay. I wasn’t expecting to arrive and have to wait 2+ hours for a room I made advanced reservations for. I can be patient, but I don’t have that much patience to be camping out in the lobby. Now, I understood the busyness due to the holiday season, but they need to incorporate a better logistics system in order to improve the guest experiences. Just hire me as the operations manager because I actually care about efficiency 3/10 for the stay, 10/10 for my potential to fix it lol"

"I stayed for three nights, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Yes, the rooms are small, but it is New York. The hotel staff where all very friendly, the property is clean and well maintained, and the location is great. The hotel is close to all the Theaters, transportation and many sites. I would definitely stay again."

"The rooms are extremely small and uncomfortably narrow. I genuinely regret booking this for my friend and his wife. At this price point, the value is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone."

"The hotel is in the perfect location! For that reason alone we would stay again. However there was only one working elevator for all 26 floors and that was horrible. It took so long to get up for down (we were on floor 16 so couldn’t even do the stairs). If that’s fixed, this is the perfect hotel for a NYC trip! Steps away from the subway, Central Park and Times Square! So many places like Starbucks, Premier Deli, Dunkin and endless gift shops around the property. We stayed with our kids and it was such a great area to be with them. "

"Booked this hotel for a trip had planned on Broadway. Perfect spot. There is a gatage a few doors up your going to go to first. Its valet parking. Room had 2 queen beds. Clean, organized. Bathroom good size, great water pressure. The hotel is in a perfect walking distance to everything around times Square. Only this is no free brkfst but has a great restaurant inside hotel. Enjoy your stay. We will book again. "
