I would never again stay at a venue that has NO staff available on location. I had problems with the door lock on checkin and there is no one on site to help. Several other issues/problems and no one available at the location to solve. Front of cabin had no AC. The front room was hotter than it was outside. The coffee maker did not work. The lights in the bedroom did not work. The AC unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. No food dining choices in Dayton at night. I would not stay here again. I would never use a location that has NO on site staff.
We traveled 8 days, staying in different lodging every night. This was, by far, my family’s favorite. The cabin was clean, comfortable, calm, and close enough to Sheridan.
Very nice cabin! The only downside was that we woke up to no running water . The pipes had frozen. When I contacted the person renting out the cabins, he said we forgot to leave the water running to avoid that. We are from California, we don’t have those problems, we don’t know the protocol and it wasn’t mentioned on any paperwork or email . We had just been in Montana which was colder and did not have such problem at the hotel. We couldn’t shower or make coffee before leaving. Overall, it was a good stay.

Hi Matthew, we do apologize. As explained Expedia had an error so we only had the last-minute notice of your arrival, typically on those cold snaps our cleaner sets out a note. Temp was -26 that night but felt like -45 so many all over the county had unexpected issues, at that cold not certain leaving it drip could have fully prevented any issues. Really wish we could control the weather sometimes when those once in a decade temps hit. Glad you had a great stay overall! Safe Travels!
