Hôtel à éviter

Nous avions réservé deux chambres pour une nuit. A notre arrivée, nous avons été dirigés vers un autre hôtel suite à une erreur de réservation faite par Acqs Hôtel. Le problème est que les prestations tarifaires n'étaient pas identiques. Nous avons payé 130€ alors que les deux chambres de l'hôtel de remplacement étaient à 55€, soit un delta de 20€. Acqs Hôtel aurait pu payer les petits déjeuners que nous avons dû régler en plus. C'est un manque de respect vis à vis du client.

Mi experiencia fue corta ya que solo paramos allí para dormir y creo que este hotel es para eso. La habitación es muy pequeña, se oye todo desde la habitación, no hay ascensor...

Facile d'accès près de la gare. Tranquille la nuit aux alentours. Hôtel très propres rien à dire, par contre pas insonorisé quand les voisins prennent leur douche un bruit d'enfer dommage car sinon plutôt calme. Petit déjeuné correct.

Personnellement je n est que passer une nuit mais en général rien a redire accueil bien la chambre propre le lit confortable je conseil cette hôtel pour toute qui cherche un hôtel pas cher et bien et en plus a côté de la gare de dax (5 minute a pied)

hotel moyen mais un accueil très chaleureux

trop bruyant, dans la chambre on entendait les évacuations des sanitaires des chambres voisines. quant au petit déjeuner, un peu léger pour 8 euros!

Good overnight stop

Stayed one night, hotel was easy to find and had good free and safe parking. Room on the small side, bathroom needing upgraded, on the plus side the room was clean the bed comfortable and we had a small balcony. The room had no aircon which could be a problem in summer.The breakfast was excellent.

Excellent rapport Qualité Prix

2 eme séjour dans cet hotel qui va vraisemblablement devenir mon point de chute régulier et privilégié sur DAX. Hyper pratique face à la gare, personnel accueillant, possibilité de se restaurer sur place si on ne veut pas aller jusqu'au centre ville pourtant pas très loin. C'est propre net et abordable. Bref un très bon plan.

Juste un conseil : dans la salle de bains, peut-être prévoir un fond antidérapant à la baignoire et une barre d'appui sur un côté ; un plexiglas pour la douche : protéger des éclaboussures d'eau vers le lavabo.

séjour très agréable, facilité des transports, navette gratuite pour le centre ville a 50m de la gare et de l hôtel. prochaine visite à Dax se passera dans cet hôtel. SIMPLE MAIS TRES ACCUEILLANT. PERSONNEL TOUJOURS A VOTRE DISPOSITION.
