"My stay was okay for a last minute booking. The front desk staff were excellent and extremely helpful! The room was clean for the most part. The bathroom could offer more amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste. Also the tub wouldn’t drain while I was showering and I thought it would overflow. The hotel restaurant was okay. You have to wait to be seated and we were basically ignored by 4 servers as we waited for 10 minutes. It wasn’t until I attempted to seat myself that a server that was wrapping silverware in the back and watching me wait came over to seat us. I did share my disappointment with being ignored. She did apologize. We went to the breakfast buffet and everything was at the bottom of the barrel and it was only 10am. I politely asked someone could the food be replenished and was told that “we eat them out here” I don’t know what that meant. After about 15 mins the food was replenished and tasted okay. I am typically a big tipper but I did not leave one simply because my entire experience was not worth the $200 and was mediocre. Front desk staff was the best when entering and exiting! "

"Hotels common areas were very clean with the exception of the pool area. On Saturday evening the pool area and lots of towels laying all over the floor with pooled up water on the sides. Granted the pool are was very overcrowded and never saw staff except to bring in more requested towels."

"Our shower never worked. We were there for 3 days, and they never adequately fixed the shower. The manager's reception was a joke. We have stayed at many Embassy Suites in the US, and we were served leftover cheese and crackers, salsa, and chips. The pool was broken, and we were told it had been broken for over two weeks."

"Can't expect much from a cheap motel like this. Bed was comfortable. But 2nd floor with no elevator access makes it hard when you are partially handicapped. Parking plentiful but was concerned about car safety, so I had to bring everything from the car into my room which was very small. Not business friendly. "

"The staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent Room very clean, and bed comfortable. Definitely would stay there again"
