Hi William,I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I appreciate you leaving your feedback and am sorry to learn that our customer service has fallen short of the level you deserve. After discussing the situation with my team there seems to have been a break of communication and I sincerely apologize for this. I will work with the Desk and Housekeeping team to improve handling extended stay requests. You should have been given a bottle opener and wine glasses to use since due to staffing we are not able to offer room service at our location. I do hope you will give us another chance in the future and if you are able to reach out to me directly I would like to have an opportunity to make things right.
