"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. "Spacious room and very clean. No towel heaters with towels out of reach. Nice kitchenette with all its trimmings plus microwave. The only thing I didn’t like is the shower head. Parking is free and plenty of it."

"Avoid like the plague. This Hotel should be condemned. It is full of black mould, peeling paint and stinks of mould and moisture from the minute you walk through the front door. It is inhabitable. You have to check in next door at Gateway Hotel, and they give u room key. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise"
