"The pros in this hotel: room was clean,the price was good, good customer service. Did not like the room that was given @ check in because it had a door acces to another room. Went back to office the lady @ desk was super nice and switched the room without problem. Stores and restaurants conveniently located. The cons: the hotel is in the process of renovation so it looks very run down, the pillows were terrible. One of the beds was squeke. Only two regular size flat pillows on each bed. Good thing I brought with me my two fluffy pillows. the bathtub was really dirty. It looks like it has not been cleaned for months. The bathroom door would not close properly. It had to be forced to close it. No coffee maker or coffee. Of course no breakfast included. The location of the hotel can be somewhat noisy because it's on main road where there's alot of traffic and ambulance sirens. Overall me and my husband were able to sleep well without any problem. For the price of the hotel can't expect much "

"I booked a weeklong stay at one of the villas here, for a family of six. It was a very competitive price compared to the hotels I looked at in the area, and included four bedrooms! There were no additional fees, like for parking, which I appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The added privacy and sleep quality helped us enjoy our vacation. Our kitchen was modern, including the appliances. The style of the rest of the place feels a little dated, but everything was clean and worked well for us. The clubhouse wasn't a comfortable walk from our villa, so we had to drive, but there was always available parking. We found the pools, waterslide and lazy river quite nice, and not at all crowded while we were there. I watched a SpaceX launch from the lazy river. The pool shop was of value, and not expensive. My kids enjoyed the arcade, but some of the games are in need of maintenance. We didn't try the restaurant, as there were options nearby, including the supermarket next door (handy!). The office staff were responsive and helpful in our case, even after our flight got delayed and we arrived around 1:00 am. The villa itself was cared for by a separate property management company, who didn't respond to my one call. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here more than the typical hotel for a family vacation. It was quiet, private and slow paced. I could cook, and drive my SUV right up to my door. I'd recommend it to the beleaguered parent on vacation."

"Clean rooms and staff"

"Steve far away from this dump. It says pool no pool open Doors from the outside to the inside left open, so anybody can walk right up to your room from the streets. Did not clean my room until I asked them to. And then did not leave soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.. Construction equipment throughout the parking lot, picked up a nail and got a flat tire. Breakfast was absolutely un edible."

"It was okay.. I wouldn’t stay again. Our room was extremely outdated with carpet flooring and just felt meh. The check in process was ridiculous as they valet your car we watched the valet drivers backing into other vehicles and damaging them. "

"Pubes in shower no toilet paper mattress had no cover on it and smelled of urine no parking the pool wasn’t open and hosts were rude.Checked out the next day this is in a gated lot and is misleading as heck .refused to even give a partial refund tho I was booked for 7 days have pics but can’t upload"
