"Great location,parking helpful staff"

"This is a conveniently positioned accommodation with a helpful owner living on site. It is reasonably priced and near a bus interchange as well as the tram line. That said, the single beds are tiny. I am 5'6 and feet were over the endand it was so narrow I could barely turn over. They need replacing. The en suite was OK, cramped and a small shower, but ok for one night. The exit rules were unusual! You have a key code, exit via the fire escape and through a beer garden which as the pub doesn't...

"The hotel was in contact beforehand making certain aspects such as check in and parking clear. Upon arrival staff welcomed us and answered any questions we had calmly. The hotel was calm and relaxing. The room was spacious and as a famiy of 4 we enjoyed our overnight stay."

"We would go back."

"Great stay parking awkward but that was the only problem."

"Wonderful 2 night stay for a walking weekend, exceptional customer service and superb food."

"Great location, close to everything. Staff wasn’t out of the way to assist us. Amazing lunch snacks for FREE! Probably would cost four or more pounds elsewhere. Could not have been more satisfying"

"Love this place so friendly and welcoming"

"Super clean very modern and comfy "

"Well kept, luxurious stay in an idyllic location. The food, drink and amenities were fantastic. Highly recommend."

"The pictures of the hotel are accurate but also slightly deceptive - the hotel is located within a uni campus and has university halls either side of it. I expected a more private location than to be amongst students. The rooms were clean and looked accurate to the photos, however I would say we were lucky as we got the corner room which seemed slightly larger than the others. The breakfast was fine but there were some issues like that the bread was stale and the coffee was machine only....

"Excellent food"

"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff at front desk! Thank you"

"Loved everything, nothing I would change"
