"The pictures look nothing like the actual room. Our door had a hole that was partially covered. My guess is the cops busted that door down at some time. Reserved a King room. They didn’t have one. So we took the Queen. The bathtub was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"Bed & pillows very comfortable. Staff very accommodating. I wish there was a safety bar in shower."

"Nice hotel. The only thing I missed was a do not disturb sign for the door. We wanted to sleep in a day and were woken up by the house keeper. She did understand and came back later after we had left for the day. Not a big deal but would have been nice to be able to sleep longer. Other then that no complaints."

"Breakfast sucked"

"The laundry facilities were coin-operated only, and the staff didn't have change, so I couldn't use them. Although the room was in a non-smoking area, it smelled terrible and had old, cracked floors. The sheets smelled bad, and the breakfast lacked variety. Only two towels were provided for a room meant for four people. The front desk staff were very friendly, but overall, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again."

"At the time of writing the hotel is undergoing a remodel which was reflected in the review but based on past stays and the outstanding staff I'd personally stay again! The rooms were clean and well maintained, the linens were soft and stain free and there was enough space and seating for everyone to comfortably converse! The location is primero if you want to do something in Cleveland your right there and your away from the highway while still have quick access back if you're looking to explore...
