"Everything for our short stay was great. My only suggestion is management addressing what felt like a shortage with the shuttle services. Staff handled it well and were polite but overwhelmed and we luckily caught a shuttle an hour after our flight and not being able to reach the shuttle service ..."

"The staff was great, if only the sane could be said about the rest. I saw roaches in the bathroom. The bedsheets were stained. The space was very confined. A smoke alarm that was chirping every 30 seconds, the staff replaced the battery cane back a few hours later and the smoke alarm was going off. ..."

"The reason for my low rating is that the bed was in need of a new mattress. There was no support and every time my husband or I moved during the night the other would be jostled. I would also recommend the choice of a king sized bed."
