"Only trouble was valet was extremely over crowded but it was move in weekend for MSU. Booked 2 queen beds didn’t get that gave me another room not sure what I’ll get charged."

"This hotel is nothing like the pictures so please be aware. The staff is unhelpful at all with our issues. Luckily Expedia was there to save the day Becuase the staff will hang up on you and tell you to call the next day with the same response! Do not stay! Very dirty and very unhelpful!"
