"The location of the Magnolia Hotel is great! We've stayed there many times over the years. Usually for Dallas Stars hockey games. Only 2 out of 7 elevators were working on this trip. The valet is $48 a night, which I feel is excessive for Dallas. We were not allowed to check-in until after 3:00 PM. Yes, I know that the official check-in time starts at 4:00 PM."

"The guy at front desk in the morning was not nice very rude .all the other front desk staff was very nice greeting everyone they walked through and was helpful to everyone."

"The hotel, staff was great. Rooms were a little small. The bed was comfortable, a few kids being loud. Good location but what I didn’t like is the parking, no where to park it’s downtown but no garage a few spaces in front of hotel. You will have to find a park spot far from the hotel, I didn’t care for that. Other than that it was a good stay"
