"Amazing stay will do again "

"We specifically went to view the fireworks for New Year's Eve. The hotel had a little gift for us upon check-in and the organization in getting the guests to a great viewing area was perfectly executed. I could not believe how well managed this was as well as the friendly attitudes the employees and the police offered for that entire evening. With the chaos all around, they did beautifully. I could not have asked for a better time or experience."

"The restaurant, bars, and coffee market were great! Staff were very friendly. The issue was with the hotel rooms. They lacks comfort and modern updates. Mattress was hard and squeaked. Very dated rooms/bathrooms. I could hear everything and everyone in the halls and smell my neighbor in the bathroom as my floor vent was open and unable to shut. The air conditioning fan doesn’t run all night so you can hear a pin drop. Basic channels. I expected more from a Sheridan."

"was a good stay! only things where inconvenient , was that when we booked the hotel online we still needed a $75 security deposit on top of the room charge after we had already got there. and when you park , you don’t pay until after you leave , nor does the staff inform you of paid parking. otherwise a good view and stay"

"The service from the valet to the checkout was lovely! The spa leaves a little bit to be desired as far as not very communicative service and no amenities like a sauna or soaking pool but my massage was wonderful. The front desk went above and beyond delivering my 2 door dash orders to the room and someone delivered fresh ice and water and a moon pie to the room in the evening."

"The room was amazing! We flew in for one night for a Dallas Stars game, bed was the most comfortable bed ever. Hotel was only 10 min walk from American Airlines center. Overall great experience."
