"Loved the older building with updated features that made for a very comfortable stay. Very clean, nice room overlooking the harbor with small convenient kitchenette. Excellent comfortable king bed with convenient electrical charging capability on both sides. Very convenient location for access to the downtown area including the ferry, bus and train stations, but far enough from bustle and noise- very quiet. "We had a lovely room with a large bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The town lost power but we still had hot water which was awesome as it allowed us to have hot showers in the morning. They also made arrangements for a complimentary hot breakfast our second morning when the power was back on. Holly was excellent and enabled us to check in even without the power. Chris carried out luggage up three flights of stairs However there was a glitch with the heat to our room after several trips and several tries we were immediately upgraded to a first floor suit Chris and the team made our stay in Oban wonderful I'm very grateful "
