"Excellent hotel with great staff. The location really can’t be beat - it’s basically at the center of everything and right near the station, too. Also the staff was very accommodating and friendly, equipped with translation devices or simply good English skills (which was very helpful for an English-only guest like me). Everything else was very comfortable and every service I needed felt within an arm’s reach. Well worth the price should you be able to afford it; would highly recommend!"
"The hotel is conveniently located near to Sendai Station. The amenities provided for guests to take was excellent! The relaxation stickers were especially appreciated after a tiring day of walking. They helped relief tired muscles. A variety of bath salts as well facial products (lotions & face masks) were generously provided. There was also a free coffee machine service in the lobby. Rooms were spacious."
"Location is very good. Only 5 mins walk from the West exit. Quite easy access to walking street and restaurants.
Breakfast is fine. There ‘re few convenient stores around the hotel. Amenities are more than expected especially facial products. Staff is nice and friendly."
